- Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders within the continental USA.
Delivery Time:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days within the continental US, 7-14 business days for Hawaii & Alaska (after processing).
International Shipping:
- At present, we only offer shipping within the continental USA, Hawaii and alaska. We regret that we cannot fulfill international orders.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. ContouReal is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Shipping Delays:
- ContouReal is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- ContouReal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

- Standard Shipping within the continental USA is free.
